Any school can have an existing project built as a guided tutorial and Quick design preset, with or without a subscription.
A$450–A$950 per project
Priced by the number of parts. A single-panel project sits at the lower end; a multi-part box with joints sits higher.
The first 20 schools get the School plan for A$745 a year for two years, in return for a short case study and permission to collect anonymous usage data. That data becomes the evidence base for what SchoolCAD changes in classrooms.

Yes. The CAD tool, tutorials, Guide, Quick design, public presets and exports are free and will stay free. Running the free version costs very little because everything happens in the student's browser.
A student who needs scaffolding should never depend on whether their faculty has a budget. Support for diverse learners is the reason SchoolCAD exists, so it is never behind a paywall.
For a school with 500 students in Years 7–10, about A$3 per student a year. One custom preset can replace many hours of teachers or aides writing step-by-step handouts.
You do. You give us permission to build your project into SchoolCAD for your school. It is only shared with other schools if you agree.
Yes, with Teacher Pro or School. Preset authoring arrives in 2027, and founding schools help shape it.
Paid plans open in Term 1 2027. Email us now to join the waiting list or apply for one of the 20 founding places.
